Which is the minimum quantity of oil I can request?
The minimum quantity that you can request is a box that contains 3 carafes of 5 litres each one. Therefore, the minimum order that we give is 15 litres.

Why your oil is only sold in containers of 5 litres?
The one packed of the oil in other different formats to the one we use (a P.E.T. container of 5 litres) it is only able to urge the product and they also have a high break risk during the transport. Both circumstances (price and security) have made we select this format to the on-line sales.

What advantages can I obtain acquiring this oil?
Undoubtedly, the most important advantage that you will obtain is getting a supreme quality oil that you will not find in the habitual commercial circuits. The second advantage is the price, because you can pay for an oil of this quality till 15% over the price we offers you.

What type of satisfaction warrantee can you offer me?
We are so sure of the quality of our oil that if you are not satisfied with our product, we commit to return you the amount of the not consumed product, logically whenever the containers that it returns us have not been opened and that the merchandise travels in freight prepaid in charge of the customer.

Does this oil enjoy the corresponding health measures?
Naturally, our oil has the mandatory sanitary registration, nº 16.01576/TO (in Spain/Europe).

Why do some containers have "sediments" in the bottom?
Decantation is normal because of our 100% natural oil. This is a natural process that do not have importance neither reduce the quality or the product, rather on the contrary: It is a guarantee of its naturalness.
